Returns and Exchanges
We try our best to curate the best apparel, however, we understand that at times you may not like what you purchased. Should you be dissatisfied, please contact email@example.com within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and with all original tags attached.
Please note, all shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping and you return your entire order, we will deduct $6.95 from your refund.
Once you contact us, we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number. RA's will not be issued after the 14 day return period. Return shipments must be shipped to us within 7 days after the RA has been issued. RA numbers expire after 7 days and late returns will not be accepted.
Only styles that have been authorized for return will be accepted. Additional unauthorized styles included in the return will not be credited and will not be shipped back.
Boho Beauty reserves the right to refuse Return Authorization.
Should you find a damage on an item received, please contact us within 3 business days, A UPS Return shipping label must be approved and provided at the discretion of Boho Beauty and will only be supplied for returns that are damaged.
Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee at the discretion of Boho-Beauty. This may occur if an item is returned worn or damaged due to negligence.
We are not responsible for lost merchandise and recommend obtaining a tracking number for all returns.
Occasionally, we will have heavily discounted items. Anything over 60% off are final sale and will be marked so on the product page.
Please note that each computer screen is calibrated differently and colors of garments may slightly vary from images.
Currently, Boho Beauty does not accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange, you must repurchase the item you would like and return the one you do not want. Should you have any questions regarding exchanges, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
